Albany Law School in Newsday

This week, Albany Law School Professor Dale Cecka wrote an op-ed for Newsday arguing that New York State must stop allowing anonymous reports to Child Protective Services. The State Senate vote to pass the Confidential Reporting Act — which would replace anonymous reporting with a system of strict confidentiality — was overwhelming, but the Assembly failed to act on it.
