Panthera in People, The Guardian and Newsweek

Panthera was featured in People, Newsweek, and The Guardian’s Week in Wildlife for their camera trap footage of a lone elephant in Senegal’s Niokolo-Koba National Park. Ousmane, named after a park ranger, hasn’t been spotted since 2019 and at the time was considered one of 5-10 elephants remaining in the park, earning him the nickname “Ghost Elephant”.
