Professor Ray Brescia of Albany Law School published an op-ed in MS Now examining how Congress could pass bipartisan legislation to help American businesses and taxpayers recover the roughly $175 billion paid under what the Supreme Court found to be an illegal tariff system.
Brescia writes, “Congress can move, and move quickly, to make American businesses and taxpayers whole, and can do so without taking it on faith that the administration will follow the law.”
