Sandra “Pepa” Denton and Howard Stern producer Gary Dell’Abate helped unveil The Arches of Hope at a fundraiser benefiting Lifebeat: Music Fights HIV/AIDS and MTV Staying Alive Foundation last Thursday night.
Transforming the lobby of The OUT NYC, The Arches of Hope is an interactive art installation that reflects on the impact of HIV/AIDS over the past three decades, while inspiring audiences to help create an HIV-free generation. Until January 24th, the public can tweet with the hashtag #ArchesofHope to have their messages beamed to two VIACOM jumbo screens in Times Square and to a digital tickertape embedded in the installation.
Coverage of the event included Buzzfeed, Mashable, Huffington Post, The Advocate, Village Voice, am New York, Arch Daily, Poz, and Next Magazine.
