For two decades, artist Sheryl Oring has documented Americans’ hopes and concerns through her project “I Wish to Say” Oring uses her vintage typewriter to create postcards on behalf of Americans – one copy headed to the White House, another preserved in a growing archive of over 4,500 voices.
