Panthera in My Modern Met, McClatchy

Newly released photos from Panthera remind us of the beauty and resiliency of wild cats.

Panthera’s collection of its best camera trap images of 2024 was featured in My Modern Met, providing a window into the wild and the people working around the world to protect these species. New photos of a rare litter of triplet Arabian leopard cubs born earlier this year and covered by McClatchy also highlight the success of Panthera’s Arabian Leopard Initiative and the importance of protecting the fewer than 120 Arabian leopards that remain in the wild.

The photos come as Panthera celebrates its 2024 holiday campaign, “Home for the Holidays.” Just as people around the world head home to see loved ones for the holiday season, we’re reminded of the importance of connecting and protecting critical species and helping them return to their natural habitats.
